Within the framework of Erasmus+ KA171 and KA131 Student Mobility and the Interinstitutional Agreement (MoU), 12 students from Lithuania, Kosovo, Georgia, Albania, and Kazakhstan will continue their studies at our university in the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Orientation days were organized between February 18-21, 2025, to introduce our university and our office, to enable students to meet each other, and to provide information about university procedures.

During these orientation days, activities such as library training, introductions to academic counsellors, and tours of the city and university were organized to help students adapt to each other, the program, and our institution. Information on academic and official procedures was provided, and a brief presentation on Turkish culture was given. Throughout this process, students from our university's ESNIBU (Erasmus Student Network) community, who work in collaboration with our office, guided the incoming students.
