STUDENT ADMISSION PROCEDURES FALL SEMESTER

July 13- 19, 2026 Internal and external horizontal transfer applications
August 01 – 15, 2026 Horizontal transfer applications based on central placement score (Additional Article-1)
August 31, 2026 Last day to notify the Student Affairs Office of the list of students who have earned the right to final registration as a result of internal and external transfer applications and their adaptation decisions.
August 10- 13, 2026 Final registration of students who have been granted internal and external transfer rights
August 21, 2026 Last day to notify the Student Affairs Department of the list of students who have been granted horizontal transfer according to their central placement score (Additional Article-1) and their adaptation decisions.
August 31- September 04, 2026 Final registration of students who are eligible for horizontal transfer based on their central placement score (Additional Article-1)
