For the visiting staff, the University has a guesthouse located on the main campus almost 10 kilometers from the city centre. It was built by İzzet Baysal Foundation and donated to the University in 1993. It was renovated in March 2012.
The guesthouse has 57 rooms, 3 of which are suit and 54 are standard.
Aminities: free wireless internet, early check-in and late check-out, safety box in private rooms, a medium-sized meeting room for private meetings, outdoor parking and 24-hour hot water.
