Erasmus+ 2024 KA131 Staff Mobility for Training – Application Results

The selection process for the 2024 Project Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility for Training for the 2024-2025 academic year has been completed.

• The funded training period is a total of 5 days.
• No grant will be provided for travel days (departure and return).
• The training activity must be completed by December 26, 2025 at the latest.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the distance calculator.
• The staff training activity is considered a full-time activity, and grants will only be provided for full days of training. Therefore, the Mobility Agreement for Training must clearly specify the training schedule on a day-by-day basis. This document must be submitted to the Erasmus Office by July 4, 2025 at the latest.
• For staff whose activity will begin before July 4, 2025, the Mobility Agreement must be completed at least one month prior to the start date of the activity.
• If the certificate of participation shows that the activity lasted less than 2 days without a valid force majeure, the activity will be considered invalid, and no grant will be paid. If a grant has already been paid, it will be reclaimed.
• In cases where the activity is completed in fewer days than planned, a partial refund of the grant will be required.
• Staff on the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant.
• Staff who wish to appeal the results must submit their objections officially via email to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@ibu.edu.tr) by May 29, 2025.
• Staff who do not wish to participate in the mobility must notify the Erasmus Office with a signed withdrawal petition by the end of the working day on May 29, 2025. A sample petition can be found at: https://erasmus.ibu.edu.tr/tr/page/dokuman-ve-formlar/18519
