As the number of the students is increasing at BAIBU, it is not easy to find housing at dormitories on campus. But the city offers many options for housing.

1. i) You can stay in private dormitories in the city center. The rooms are generally for one person, double or triple. The fees depend on the room size and number of roommates ranging from 9000-11000 TL per month. Most of the private dorms offer breakfast and/or dinner.

1. ii) You can share a flat with Turkish/other exchange students in the city center.

iii) You can rent a flat (mostly furnished) from real estate agencies. The rents range from 4250-7500 TL per month depending on the size and location of the flat. You generally also need to pay for deposit and service fee to the agency.

The office provides you guidance and assistance in finding housing in a private dorm, a room in a shared flat or a rental flat. So please contact the Office at erasmus@ibu.edu.tr or erasmusincoming@ibu.edu.tr after you receive your letter of acceptance.
